This program provides home visiting, play-based, early intervention activities and child care program consultations. The program is specifically for preschool aged children who are experiencing delays in two or more areas of their development. The program is available to families residing in Grey County and is, in part, funded by the County of Grey. A focus of the program is transitional planning for entry into kindergarten as well as the modeling of inclusive best practices in child care settings.
